This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your online purchase from the Apix Photographic Supplies website:
The Apix Photographic Supplies website is made available for you to use under these conditions. We may update these conditions from time to time without notice to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these conditions.
You may use the Apix Photographic Supplies website for the purpose of ordering products for delivery within New Zealand.

Payment Security
Payment is by Visa or MasterCard. We have taken measures to provide you with a secure purchasing environment. The online payment service provider is Flo2cash whose online payment solution is both Visa AIS (Account Information Standard) and MasterCard SDP (Site Data Protection) (encompassed as PCI DSS - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified.
All credit card transactions are charged in New Zealand dollars.
Price and Payment Terms
The price for products and any freight charge will be stated on your purchase order. Payment must be made by credit card. Orders are not binding upon Apix Photographic Supplies until accepted by Apix Photographic Supplies, who have the right to reject any sale for any reason. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling which will be added on the purchase order.
Confirmed payment is required before products are dispatched.

Shipping and Title
Chemicals, oversized items and some other products may require special shipping or handling charges
Apix Photographic Supplies will arrange shipping for the products to your address. Ownership passes to you upon delivery. The cost of shipping will appear on the purchase order.
Apix Photographic Supplies will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control. In most cases goods will be sent by courier. Delivery will be to a physical address, not a P O Box number.
You must check the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing you must notify us at once.
Apix Photographic Supplies will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items after seven days from the delivery date. Please retain any packaging for inspection.
Return Policy
If when you receive your order it is not what you wanted contact us on 09 3073177 or email sales@apix.co.nz to discuss options. We cannot accept returns for goods which have been removed from the original sealed packaging or blister pack. Exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition.
Faulty or defective products will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act.
All requests for exchange or return must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Your information
Your personal information will be used only for the purposes for which it is collected, being the supply of goods and services .Apix Photographic Supplies does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any information transmitted to or from the website.
